And it wasn’t even directly to him…just one of the “send this request to multiple vendors” forms. He responded to me within an hour of me clicking “send.” Early bird and all that. On the phone, Denis asked me questions that suggested that he paid attention to my original inquiry, AND that he listened when I was talking. He was helpful and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of life insurance. He spent over an hour with me just on that call, before we had any kind of contract or agreement. And that’s the level of service I saw throughout. Denis also looped in one of his investment colleagues to help with a retirement question I had, which helped me feel confident that if I needed something outside of his specialty, he would bring in the right people. In every scenario Denis and his team presented, he made sure I understood and that it met my needs. Even though I was coming in with a small amount of money, he made me feel like a man with a million dollars on the table. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is high energy, but not overwhelming. He is knowledgeable and informed, but not a know it all.
